Developer

Pull Log is developed and published by Gregory Castro / Gline Racing.

What Pull Log Does

Pull Log is a tractor-pull logger for iOS that lets competitors record tracks, sessions, tractors, setups, and notes. All data is stored on your device using SwiftData. There is no user account, no custom backend server, and no iCloud sync.

Data We Collect

Pull Log does not collect or transmit personal data to us. The table below describes every data type the app accesses:

Data / PermissionHow it's usedSent off-device?
SwiftData (tracks, sessions, tractors, setups, notes)Stored locally on your device onlyNo
Location (When In Use) — optionalUsed to auto-fill current weather via Open-Meteo (a free, open-source weather API). GPS coordinates are sent to Open-Meteo solely to fetch weather data. The place name may be reverse-geocoded on-device via Apple's framework — no place data leaves your device. You can skip location and type weather manually.Coordinates to Open-Meteo only
Camera, Photo Library, Microphone — optionalUsed to attach hook photos and videos to sessions. Media is stored on your device only.No
Local JSON backups (including media)Auto backups are saved on-device. You can manually export them to Files, AirDrop, or email at any time. We never receive these files.Only if you choose to share
In-App Purchase — Lifetime (com.gregory.PullLog.lifetime)Processed entirely by Apple. Unlocks the crew name field on share cards/PDFs and supports the shop. We never see your payment details.Handled by Apple
Crash / diagnosticsApple may collect crash logs and diagnostic data if you installed Pull Log from the App Store or TestFlight and have opted in to sharing with developers in your iOS settings. We receive only anonymized crash reports through Apple's standard crash reporting.Via Apple (opt-in)

No Account Required

Pull Log does not require you to create an account. There is no sign-in, no iCloud sync, and no backend server managed by Gline Racing.

Third-Party Services

The only third-party service Pull Log contacts is Open-Meteo (weather data), and only when you use the optional weather auto-fill feature. Open-Meteo is an open-source, privacy-focused weather API that does not require an API key or store personal data. See their terms at open-meteo.com.

Apple processes all in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy applies to payment and App Store interactions.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

Gline Racing does not sell, rent, share, or monetize any personal information. We do not use data for advertising or tracking purposes.

Children's Privacy

Pull Log is rated 4+ (general audience). It does not collect personal information, require account creation, or include social features, making it safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

How to Delete Your Data

All data lives on your device. To remove it:

  • Clear All Data — use the option inside Pull Log's settings to wipe all sessions, tractors, and setups from the app.
  • Delete the app — uninstalling Pull Log removes all SwiftData and cached files from your device.

We have no copy of your data on any server, so there is nothing to request deletion of from us.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, the revised version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Material changes will also be noted in the App Store release notes.
